Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on October 17, 2022, found that New Providence Home Health Care Services had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced, on-site re-licensure survey completed September 8, 2022.
